Longwood Stables is pleased to offer coaching to young riders ages 6 and up.  We are able to facilitate your child's progress from their first lessons, to the Primary circuit, and up through the Trillium's and onto the "A" Circuit.  

For the 2009 season, we are pleased to announce that Northwind's Sapphire has been re-leased to Maia Stenger of Manotick, Ontario who rides out of Longwood Stables.  Sapphire has had an illustrious career highlighted by 3 trips to Pony Finals in the United States, and a Championship in the Medium Pony division at the Royal Winter Fair in Toronto, Ontario.  

Lessons are $50/hr and are sold in packages of 4.

Every April, Longwood Stables travels to the Netherlands to attend the annual stallion shows.

If you are looking for an addition to your broodmare band, a stallion prospect or a young horse investment this is a fantastic opportunity to meet directly with European breeders.

Working closely with our European partners, we will find the bloodlines you are looking for to enhance your breeding program.
